Description :: - Monitor, coach, follow up & review dealer improvement activities towards achieving various target set for the assigned dealers.
- Guide & motivate dealers to understand & comply with HMSB policies.
- Act as HMSB dealer intelligence at dealer point.
- Act as HMSB market intelligence (competitor’s activities).
- Sustain harmonious working relationship among dealers at regional level.
- Review dealer sales/KPI/D-SSI/5S
- Monitor achievement by monthly and forecast accumulative performance.
- Summarize the market information
- Assist dealer in achieving target and ensure all direction or activities are conducted accordingly.
- Communicate with Distribution section on dealer remittance & monitor dealer remittance, car delivery, dealer back order, booking & registration
- Share with dealer on new campaign conducted.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1 years working experiences in related fields
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Possess working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have a valid driver license and able to travel
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and ability to handle dealers’ issues
