Description :: - To advise the management on all human resources matters, planning & implementation of human resources programmes in tandem with company's business plans.
- To handle the entire planning and execution of strategic Human Resources & Admin within the organization, with the aim to meet overall company's performance objectives.
- Responsible for recruitment, selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, employees service and industrial relation.
- To develop HR & Admin policies & procedure in compliance to the company policy.
- Take an active role in problem solving and creative innovation of HR & Admin strategic.
- To integrate departmental programs in line with overall strategic company goals.
- To ensure competence level of employees is enhanced.
- To conduct on-going performance evaluations for staff.
- To liaise with government bodies on all legal requirements & compliance.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
