- Responsible to plan and lead Operation personnel towards meeting customer requirements
- Responsible to plan and arrange manpower to fulfill operation schedule.
- Responsible to develop and implement transport strategies.
- Responsible to customer complaint, corrective action & continuous improvement
- To help Operation personnel to solve their work related problems
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline and working environment as well as perform other duties as when assigned or requested - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least SPM as above / Certificate / Diploma
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Highly developed interpersonal and people management / development skills.
- Able to work under pressure and commitment to job responsibility.
- Have knowledge in ISO 9001 & 14001 and Safety and Health requirements.
- Capable and deal with customers requirement and datelines.
- Prefer Malaysian Citizen - Lowest Qualification :
