Description :: • To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and
related functions;
• Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies,
rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and
regulations;
• Handling payroll including statutory deductions;
• Able to handle matters relating to expatriate applications;
• Assist expatriate employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters, to
visa/work permit matters;
• Assist to organize employee community & recreational activities;
• Data entry, filing, photocopying, mailing of documents;
• Maintain employee and general files;
• Assist in tendering process, sourcing out suppliers/facilities/services.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: Ability to build effective relationships with line managers and employees in all levels
of the business.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
