Description :: - Responsible for the daily record and check the details of all the issues claims on stock records
- Responsible reporting is slow and not moving, goods broken or damaged worn, deteriorated
- Responsible to perform all administrative functions, clerical and shop storekeeping
- Responsible for ensuring the store is fine, clean and tidy at all times
- Responsible for monitoring the par stock, reorder level and quantity.
- Responsible for the Total Spot checks and the number of items in the shop on a regular basis
- Responsible for conducting monthly stock taking in major stores and branches
- It may be necessary from time to time to carry out other duties as assigned by the department head or by management
Requirements :: - SPM / "O" Level Home, in any jurisdiction.
- 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
