- -Troubleshoot molding problems and establish permanent solutions to improve on processes and production yield.
-Responsible for machine setting and feedback on the quality of mold during machine troubleshooting.
-Optimize molding cycle time, parameter setting and operation standard.
-Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
-Ensure proper maintenance of injection machine, cleanliness of machine and tools service mold.
-Schedule & quality through effective of material, manpower & machines.
-Prepare training materials for technicians and make sure the technicians are qualified to fulfil their duties.
-Improve skills of technicians and molding personnel.
-Supervise and guide his/ her subordinates.
-Ensure the duties of his/ her subordinates are done.
-Perform other related duties as required.
-Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit and inspection.
-Liaise with certain suppliers and sub-contractors.
-Provide on-job-training to new employees. - Requirements :
- -At least Diploma level.
- Preferably more than 5 years hands on experience in plastic Injection machine (Nissei) set up, adjustment and mould testing is an advantage.
-Knowledge of technical troubleshooting mechanical elements.
-Knowledge of optimizing injection settings
-Knowledge of motivate subordinates.
-Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems - Lowest Qualification :
