Description :: - Handle customer concerns and complaints with concern and understanding according to Hotel's standard.
- Actively solicit guest feedback in order to seek continue improvement in service and to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Responsible all phases of all type of banquet functions, coordinate activity on a daily basis.
- Conduct monthly inventory check on food items and all operating equipment and supplies.
In charge of all the administrative works in F&B Department.
- Understand and supervise the opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale System.
- Be attentive in checking quality of food & beverage service.
- Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organize, both at the front as well as the back of the house areas.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Should be able to work under pressure and also work in long or break shifts.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
