- Resolves guest's problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure implementation of all Hotel policies, rules and regulations.
- Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
- Trains, cross trains and retrains all Front Office and Security personnels.
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.
- Ensure security incidents and accidents are lodged, investigated and rectified to prevent future catastrophes. 
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 5 years successful track record at the managerial level.
- Multiple language skills are preferred.
- Able to work under pressure.
