Description :: • Lead and manage Business Development department and its operations;
• Expand existing brand name and develop new brand/business in line with Company’s strategies.
• Conduct site-survey, identify and advise Management on potential locations for opening new corporate outlets.
• Develop and drive business franchise opportunities;
• Negotiate the franchising terms & conditions (including business principles, royalty fee, outlet/kiosk layouts, brand standards and operating guidelines) with potential franchisee and work closely with relevant parties/department to ensure supports provided to franchisee until opening of franchise kiosk/outlet;
• Work closely with business development team to ensure on-time opening of corporate outlets.
• Work closely with fit-out department and designer to ensure smooth progress of the fit-out project.
• Prepare project costing, schedules, progress reports and other necessary documentations;
Requirements :: - At least 5 to 8 years experiences in Food & Beverage/ Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Willing to work in KL and travel outstation as and when required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, independent, aggressive, proactive and able to work under tight deadline.
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner.
