Description :: - Create reservation and register guests
- Manage group reservations
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure all the rooms are in clean, neat and in good condition
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management whenever necessary
- Assist guests’ on special requests and complaints in a
professional manner
- Perform all check-in and check-out duties
- Manage sales transactions /cashiering activities
Requirements :: - Malaysian & Non-Malaysian (with valid work license) are welcome
- Candidates must possess at least SPM in Hotel Management or
related field
