- Reporting production problems to Superior within the production line.
- Ensure that inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained.
- To assist in Halal Certification as and when required.
- To develop new recipes for confectionery product and conduct applications test.
- To carry out quality inspection and laboratory testing for conching, work in progress and finished products as required.
- Liaise with other department in any issue related to quality aspects.
- To initiate continuous improvement plan consistently.
- To document new procedures implemented for subsequent monitoring and evaluation.
- Controlling product quality.
- To assist Superior to test and retain sample for new product development.
- Arranging handmade chocolate and Research & Development tasks. 
Requirements :
- Possess minimum Degree in Food Science & Technology
- 3-4 years relevant working experience in the related field in food manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Our first factory, in the small town of Desa Serdang located at the southern zone of Kuala Lumpur, was set up in 1995. Beryl’s started out with manufacturing consumer- packed chocolates that were sold mainly to duty-free shops and supermarkets across the country. We have since established Beryl’s as a major regional chocolatier.

In 1998, we relocated to our new factory in the Seri Kembangan Industrial Area where we increased our production lines to provide a diverse range of chocolate products to fulfil our promise to offer high quality chocolates to our customers.
