- - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Create bakery products based on client specifications.
- Ensure that the production meets all the regulatory requirement like HALAL and ISO.
- Responsible to maintain the raw material inventory.
- Responsible in production planning.
- Have an understanding of stock control and cost control.
- Responsible to conduct R&D on new bakery products
- To ensure the quality ans standard of the pastry items are maintained and consistent at all times.
- To supervise the pastry team. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess a professional certificate/ Diploma or other pastry related.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply - Lowest Qualification :
