- - Responsible in managing the R&D Kitchen and ensure the development of new recipes on with the products.
- To continuously develop new recipes and enhance food taste
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Have fine knowledge of various ingredients on Food Preparations
- Must be well verse in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesian, western cuisine and added advantage if the candidate knows middle east cuisine as well
- Cooking skills/Recipe adherence
- Creative and innovative / R&D exposure
- Capability of wide ideas to reach the local retail market
- Follow directions thoroughly through creation and development process
- Strong grasp on cuisines and flavor profiles from various cultures and areas
- Ensuring the Kitchen is clean at all time.
- Willing to carry other assignment from time to time as directed by Management - Requirements :
- - Minimum Diploma /Degree in culinary Art
- 4-5 Years’ Experience preferably in Hospitality /Food Restaurant Industry
- Knowledge in computer
- Good Communication skill at all level
- The candidate must be very innovative and able to conduct R&D and advise the sales marketing team
- Must be result oriented
- Work independently and self-starter
- Able to work under tight schedule and complete assignment - Lowest Qualification :
