Description :: -Manage Food & Beverage operation inclusive all duty schedules.
-Manage food cost effectively and minimize wastage.
-Responsible for the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standard.
-Manage the financial aspect of the department to achive budget revenues, profit and food and beverage cost whilst maintaining the food quality.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage / Culinary Art or other equivalent.
-At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in the similar position or equivalent in various 5 star rated international propeties.
-Able to work beyond normal working hours and be committed to the job at all times.
-Execellent leadership quality and good team player.
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
