- -Assist in the administration of HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, etc.
-Provide administration support for HR processes and policies to all employees.
-Update and maintain employees’ database in a timely and accurate manner.
-Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times.
-Coordinate onboarding programs and administer application required for new hires
-Involved in coordinating training and development programmes with relevant Heads of Departments and update training records on a periodic basis.
-Assist in planning for employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth.
-Follow up and follow through on all statutory compliance and conformance on matters related to HR.
-Follow through on all certification and government requirements.
-Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human
Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
-Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
-At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience In generalist role.
-Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources in a hotel environment.
-Those with recruitment, payroll and training background are encouraged to apply.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with people from all levels.
-Independent and able to start work immediately.
-Diligent and committed to excel.
