1) Administrative Support To Business Development Managers
Support Business Development Managers to plan and implement strategic performance management and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) initiatives
Support in strategic analysis to drive achievement of KPIs
Provide support and development of key business and marketing plan
Assist in monitoring and analyzing business performance
Coordinate development of key action plan
Track and report progress on key action plans
Ensure proper maintenance and filling of document
Any other responsibilities as assigned from immediate superior
2) Showroom Support
i) Provide administrative assistance to Showroom :­
oversee SR day to day operation
handle customer’s complaints on products and services
organize and coordinate samples to SR
replying and coordinate SR enquiries
coordination of sales process from quotation, follow­up payment till delivery via operations or courier company
generate invoices for SR
ii) Coordination of Showroom sales and promotion, merchandising and display
request and organize new products/promotional materials to be displayed in SR
photostat and ensure all recipes for mixes are available for SR customers
email and phone enquiries
iii) Showroom Stock Management
reconciliation of stock discrepancies, backorders, adjustments, etc.
create bar code, product code, packing, price & etc.
reconciliation of SR physical stocks quantities with backorder adjustments.
iv) Recruiting and coordination for Showroom Membership programme
key in membership and update members' data (phone, email, etc.).
monitor and re­order membership cards and ensure that cards are in running number
v) Showroom Courses and Baking Classes
advertisement in newspaper
e mail blast mailing list
monitoring of attendance
compilations of recipes; flyers and handouts
provide assistance in SR after baking classes
vi) Provide assistance to special events/visits/supports to showroom personnel
organise and coordinate flyers and handouts for special events and visits (MIB, IKBM, UITM, other colleges)
relief SR personnel whenever needed 
Requirements :
Minimum : Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management
Team work
Good Communication Skill
Work with minimal supervision
