Description :: Edits and proof reads all written communication before distribution or sending out to the guest or associates from other department.
Answers telephone calls on any queries or ask for assistance from other team member if required.
Assists in maintaining Sales and Marketing Department filing system efficiently.
Pickup and deliver interoffice mail daily from/to the Hotel’s pigeon hole.
Responsible to ensure that all stationery supplies are sufficient for the department.
Update the daily appointment book with the Account Manager.
Upholds the Hotel’s policies and procedures and directs possible problems to the immediate attention of the Account Manager or
Director of Sales and Marketing.
Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.
Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to
apply).
Good knowledge Microsoft Words / Excel is an advantage for this position.
Good interpersonal, communication and interfacing skills with good command of English/Mandarin
Possess good working attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Salary shall commensurate with experience.
