- - Oversee the entire Housekeeping OF Hotel Rooms /Serviced Suites & Public Areas cleaning
operations
- Conduct Housekeeping training – both theoretical & practical to cleaners team
- Assign monthly & daily housekeeping rosters & duties to subordinates
- Supervise & monitor cleaners performance & cleaning standards are in compliance of SOP
- Highly knowledgeable in product knowledge of chemical, cleaning equipment, room amenities,
cleaning procedures, health & safety policies. pest control & etc.
- Taking full accountability of housekeeping inventories of : Linen ; Towels ; consumables ; Chemical &
room amenities & etc.
- To perform with high expectations & standard in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire room
inventories & general public areas at all times.
- Coach, train, motivate & supervise the entire cleaner team on daily basis
- To report to the superior immediately on challenges & crisis encountered by the department
- To handle guest complaints on room cleanliness amicably on daily basis
- To plan & organize the daily work schedule & staff strength amicably, ie : extra hands are hired during
super peak period.
- Requirements :
- - Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate , diploma & technical skills from the Hotel industry
- With minimum 35 years of relevant exposures & experiences in the hospitality /HOTEL industry
- Preferably senior executives/managers who are resuming similar roles for all department head positions in the Hotel Industry
- Conversant with good command of English & BM languages, conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Possess essential specialised Operational /Technical skills & housekeeping/PA & safety procedures for respective positions.
