Description :
- To maintain appropriate standard of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture & conduct of all
F/O employees.
- To work closely with the other dept heads at all times.
- To implement & control departmental procedures including key control, security & emergency
procedures, health & safety for employees & guests.
- To report & act on challenges & crisis encountered in the dept in a speedy manner
- To perform other tasks as deem necessary for the smooth operations of the hotel.
- To handle group bookings & reservations from corporate & Government and prepare the sales
accordingly
- To be familiarized & hands­on with hotel PMS,PABX,CMS & all other systems & office appliances in
order to manage the department efficiently without flaws.
 
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, degree –
- Hospitality/Hotel/Tourism/F&B/Catering/Customer Service/Mass
Comm/Marketing/Management/SEM/SEO or equivalent
With minimum 3­5 years of relevant exposures & experiences in the hospitality/ HOTEL industry
- Preferably senior executives/managers who are resuming similar roles for all department head
positions in the HOTEL industry
- Conversant with good command of English & BM languages, conversant in Mandarin is an added
advantage
- Possess essential specialised Operational /Technical skills for respective positions.
