Description :: - Provide excellent technical support for our customers on the products being used.
- Initiate and conduct in-service sessions with the assistance of the sales team.
- Provide technical assistance in the usage of the products sold by the Company to surgeons and nurses.
- Create and maintain a professional relationship with all customers.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing required material, demo kits, props and literature for trade shows.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing seminar.
- Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customers and competitive trends
Requirements :: - State Registered Nurse with Operating Theatre experience assisting surgeons during surgery as a scrub nurse.
- Must be registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with current APC.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
