- • Process optimization and simplification.
• Trouble-shoot day-to-day assembly process issues.
• Deploy SPC tool to ensure process stability to achieve CPK requirement & target yield.
• Establish comprehensive control plan related to FMEA. Risk prediction. To maintain consistency in process performance.
• Evaluate, study second source materials for the purpose of cost saving, shorten process lead-time and increase productivity & quality.
• Perform root cause analysis study for yield improvement and process sustainability.
• 8D report to handle complaint.
• Specification writing /updating.
• Perform line audit in order to detect line discrepancy.
• Train new staff
• To check all process yield to met set targets
- Requirements :
- • Minimum 5 years experience in related field of Semiconductor Industry. Experience with FOL/EOL process will have added advantage.
Education :
• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical / Electronic
