- • Drive yield improvement programs to meet product yield targets.
• Establish test methodologies or test software for product testing.
• Characterize test process for process optimization.
• Working experience in Testing.
• Conduct failure analysis.
• Establish comprehensive control plan related to FMEA. Risk analysis.
• Respond to customer complaint with the use of 8D report.
• Specification writing /updating.
• Perform line audit.
• Train new staff.
- Requirements :
- • Min 3 years’ working experience in Product Testing in Semiconductor Industry, preferably in Opto electronics environment.
• Competent in test engineering field (test code release and debug)
• Familiar with electronic test equipment manufacturing process or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Front of Line or End of Line process/manufacturing.
• Good knowledge on Visual Basic/Studio and C/C++ test programming.
• Understanding of TS16949 / ISO9001 requirements.
Education
• Degree in Electrical /Electronic /Physics /Microelectronics.
Skills Required:
• SPC/SQC Tools, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement orientated.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Excel, Power Point, Words, Minitab, MS Project
• Analysis and troubleshooting skills using Statistical Analysis Tools will be added advantage.
Remuneration:
• Basic salary of up to RM80,000 per annum depending of relevant working experience.
