• Design, develop and qualify new Opto-Electronics products/packages.
• Lead, plan & manage projects based on development and introduction timeline related to equipment, process, tooling, or package design and development.
• Evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on new products, design and cost improvement to enhance competitive edge of the company.
• Initiate and work with suppliers to provide robust design solutions.
• Liaise with supporting teams including R&D teams to introduce new products.
• Source and procure materials/ tools/ equipments needed to construct prototype and production volume ramp-up.
 
Requirements :
Experience :
• Min 5 years’ experience in semiconductor test and product or related field.
• Candidates with either Product or Package Development and/or Process experience in QFN package will have added advantage.
Education :
• Degree or Master Degree in Material /Mechanical /Electrical /Electronic Engineering.
Skills Required :
• Hands On Experience on Test Development and/or Product characterization
• Lead frame design using design software like ACAD, Inventor and Solidworks.
• Project management
• AEC-Q requirements
• Cost and Financial analysis knowledge
• Self-motivated, initiative and achievement orientated.
• People management & Leadership skills
Remuneration:
• Total compensation package above RM110,000 per annum
