Description :: - Inspect equipment to meet civil and structural PS-017 Mechanical Integrity and Regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for developing and enhancing the integrity of public programs for the entire site.
- Need to perform all tasks at all times comply with the corporate EHS and business conduct policies and guidelines Huntsman.
- Responsible for visual, Destructive Testing (DT) and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) of civil and structural equipment, including but not limited to layer, layer, concrete and non-metallic equipment.
- Responsible for providing a robust inspection program and reporting standards to ensure that all equipment and the history of the discovery captured for future reference and audit.
- Responsible for managing Axiom inspection database and tools for easy detection and compliance IS017020.
- Need to run a program and Improve Public Integrity to ensure compliance requirements of PS-017 and up-to-date with the latest technology.
- Provide assistance to the inspection team to ensure that all inspection requests by clients can be done in time
Comply with ISO / I EC 17020: General Criteria for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection to ensure full compliance with the audit Axiom
- Responsible to proactively participate in the program website as ICIX, 60 Sec, Zero hazards, safety box, Audit Permit, and other
- Need to manage tasks independently, such as Permit to Work, site supervision, communication, cost and quality
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
- Working experience of at least 2 years in carrying out the work of inspection and report
- Have knowledge in welding and inspection of the substrate metal.
- Having knowledge of non-metallic materials (rubber lining, brick, concrete, public structures, FRP, etc.) modes of deterioration, inspection and maintenance as well as a detailed knowledge of the Axiom Inspection Quality Manual
