Description :: • Responsible for order processing and shipment follow up.
• Perform sales order entry, order acknowledgement, track and trace all customers’ change orders and update in system.
• Coordinate shipment and follow up customers on sales order.
• Coordinate activities with warehouse, outgoing shipment discrepancy or any sales support issue as needed.
• Handle day to day customers’ enquiries and planning.
• Internal company coordination.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
