Description :: • Responsible for overall maintenance, installation, alteration and upgrading of existing facility equipments and buildings.
• Administer and coordinate all activities with respect to electrical, plumbing, compress air and air conditioning facilities.
• Supervise projects and liaise with contractors and vendors.
• Manage and supervise the work schedule of Facilities Technicians
Requirements :: • Minimum AO Chargeman Certificate / Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in properties / facilities maintenance with understanding of legal requirements e.g. OSHA and EQA etc.
• Able to organise and prioritise jobs effectively and efficiently in terms of cost-effectiveness and meeting the deadlines.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer literate
