Description :: - Maintenance of buildings in the Mechanical and Electrical systems in building compound on schedule.
- Responsible for attending breakdown, servicing, repair and emergency requests from customers.
- Need to record and report all errors, deficiencies, and other unusual events, as well as time and materials expended on work orders
- Need to perform any other duties assigned by the Building Manager.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering / Mechanical or equivalent.
- Familiar with M&E design and costing will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and fast track project.
- Willing to travel and based on outstation site.
