Description :: Responsibilities.

1.) Responsible for performing test calls and related updates

2.) Act as the main interface with customers for all test related issues.

3.)You will be using sophisticated engineering tools to monitor, test, configure, and troubleshoot telecom equipment located in USQ and services offered all over the world to majortelecom companies.

4.) You will be trained by our senior engineers and you will gain some very useful domain knowledge.
Requirements :: Requirements:

1.) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent.

2.) VoIP knowledge/ experience/ certifications is a strong plus.

3.) ISP or Call-enter experience will be given preference

4.) Strong english communication skills are mandatory

5.) Should hold Malaysian citizenship or hold legal work permit for full-time work.

6.) Able to work with minimum supervision and possess positive attitudw, capable of meeting deadlines and prioactive with acritical eye for detail.

7.) Must be willing to work shifts.
