Description :: • Prepare tender submission including taking off
• Prepare expected profit and loss account, materials budget, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval. The work including re-check the taking off quantity vs. the construction drawings issued'
• Compare, evaluate and propose the sub-contractor/supplier to management for final approval and prepare letter of awards to sub-contractor/suppliers'
• Prepare framework for correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to superior for reviewing and verification purpose
• To prepare pricing database and project documentation'
• To work out the competitive rates for pricing in BO"
• To compile sample materials & shop drawings for submission and confirm with relevant consultants.
• To attend and assist Project Person in Charge on coordination matter'
• To prepare valuation of subcontractors' progress claim.
• To prepare and submit progress claim, final account to client.
• To follow up certificate of payment from clients / consultants
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Prefer candidate in Infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS Is required for this position.
- Preferably candidates specializing In Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Should be conversant with MS Office, Excel spread sheets and MS Project.
