Description :: Quality Management System & Control:
1) Manage and develop Quality management system procedure and documents.
2) Carry out Internal Audit ,
3) Use problem solving techniques and do improvement.
4) Overall rejection analysis
5) Handling Customer complaints.
6) Required Well experience PowerPoint presentation preparation and able to
present to management for the improvement activities.

Project management & control:
 Leading the Product Engineering team, team size is 6 Engg
 Leading the project transfer plan, implementation plan, ramp up plan, capacity
planning, Project kick-off meeting, delivery plan etc.
 Study Product Design such as Engg drawing, Engg Specification, Material
Specification, Special Product & Process Characteristic.
 Arrange Tool, Tool Spare parts, new equipment requirement, fixture, and die
cut parts, prototype layout, measuring fixture & testing equipment.
 Study Process design such as Packaging standards, Packaging
specifications, SOP, Process FMEA, Process flowchart, Measurement
system analysis plan (GRR Test) & preliminary Process Capability Study
plan(Ppk & Cpk).
 Product & process validation such as Initial Mold Maintenance , Mold Check
list, Production Trial run, Measurement System Evaluation, Preliminary
process Capability Study (Ppk & Cpk), packaging Evaluation and Production
Part Approval.
 Getting approval (MAR Report) for assembly lines & Molds from customer for
the new projects submitting FAI Reports, Cpk & Functional Test Report.
 Monitoring mass production till project end off life, Abnormality handling,
Trouble shooting, ECN handling, Rework & Special work.
 Holding capacity review meeting with related departments for capacity
expansion plan for Injection Molding machine (IMM),Assy for Plastic
components enclosure according to customer demand & delivery plan.
 Preparation of Yield rate, Utilization Per Hour (UPH),Cycle Time , Man power ,
scrap report, capacity report, ramp up report, routing (UBS) every month for
Molding and assembly for the preparation of capacity planning meeting with
Customer demand.
 Preparation of reference samples for Assy & Molding along with QE.
 Prepare of the APQP , PPAP , MSA , SPC Etc.

Engineering documents:
- Preparing Engineering documents like SOP, POP, Bill of material(BOM), Layout, flow chart, FMEA, Traveler card for Injection Molding and Assembly process (Vibrating Welding (USW) Machine, Heat sticking Machine, Sticking Machine & Manual Operation )& uploading System Document & Engineering Documents like SOP, POP, and BOM in the UBS.

ECN (Engineering change notice) Handling:
- ECN which from customer side or internal quality issues will implemented by checking the Feasibility along with related departments & updating related documents for the ECN.
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses Diploma, Degree Holder or equivalent Qualification
- With 3 - 5 years of working experience
