- * Attend / follow-up mould testing , troubleshoot for plastics injection mould process detect.
* Conduct fitting & function test & review measurement date and prepare for submission.
* Review , discuss about mould modification against customer and mould maker , follow up with status and progress.
* Follow up new project status , monitor new tooling approval status.
* Monitoring new tooling condition & testing status.
* Set up new product manufacturing line & parts readiness.
* Support manufacturing , customer on new & existing product.
* Co-ordinate & monitoring new tooling sample submission and modification.
* ISIR documentation preparation for all customers.
* Do measurement on test run parts for all customers.
* Follow-up foot and project status for all customers.
* Preparation BOM list and production standards ( Appearance , Dimension , Packaging Standard ) for all customers.
* Prepared CPK , GR & R data for all customers.
* Process analysis for new part development.
* FMEA documentation preparation for all customers. - Requirements :
- * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree , Post Graduate Diploma , professional Degree, Engineering (others) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in manufacturing /Production Operation or equivalent..
* Knowledge of plastic injection moulding & drawing understanding.
* Outstation candidate are encourage to apply.
