Description :: • Effectively handles incoming / inbound calls of customer’s inquiries & complaints for a Telecommunication company.
• Keep up to date with the latest information of company’s product & services.
• Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations. To achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
• Ensure organization’s service level are achieved through fast and timely resolution on customer’s related issues.

* 1 Year Contract (renewable based on performance)
* Basic salary: RM 1500 (+ Allowances + Unlimited Overtime + Other benefits)
Requirements :: • SPM, Diploma & Degree holder in any related field.
• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience in Customer Service are encourage to apply.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• MUST be able to work on rotating shifts, during weekends & public holidays.
• Possess own transport (At least able to arrange own transportation)
• Open to MALAYSIAN citizenship only.
