Description :: Responsibilities:
In charge of all docking/ undocking, mooring and unmooring of all vessels.
Co-ordination of all ships movements in the yard
Ensure safe docking/ undocking operations
Safe operation of vessel- proper installation of gangways, maintenance of keel and side blocks
Requisition of tools, equipments and materials

To achieve higher performance rating by customer:
a) schedule ratings
b) performance ratings
c) quality of work

To manage and utilize resources effectively by:
a) maximizing manpower and logistic
b) managing overtime
c) adhering to time keeping
d) proper assignment of tasks
Requirements :: Requirements:
5 yrs experience in repairing shipyard or equivalent
Posses Certificate of Class 4 or Foreign master certificate
Good command in English
Initiative and able to work independently
Leadership qualities
Computer literate
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of conducting all movement of vessels in the yard
Knowledge on safety rules and regulations
Singaporean / SingaporeanPR preferred
