Description :: - Creating and supervising a structured Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Dealing with day-to-day emergency repairs
- Design and create solutions using AutoCAD
- Monitoring and management of day-to-day operation of the Maintenance department
- Provide weekly reports to the Production Director detailing work carried out
- Submit proposals for machine improvements and recommendations for improvements
- Liaise with Building Maintenance Manager to provide joint solutions for common problems
- Co-ordinate with Department Supervisors to identify and establish timings for maintenance works
- Responsible for the ordering of parts and materials for maintenance department
- Supervise the Maintenance department store
- Provide training to Maintenance staff when required and as instructed by the Production Director
- Maintain library of operating manuals and software for all equipment
- Ad hoc admin tasks assign by management
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of practical experience in the machine maintenance is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Outlook, AutoCAD
- Candidate with knowledge and experience in glass processing industry is preferably.
- Advanced man-management skills and able to fully utilise a team of 6 staffs
- Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- A self-motivated team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and eyes for details.
- Ability to work with multitude of tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Be persistent and diligent.
