Description :: - Ensure company operates within the stipulation of a management system which comprises of an organisational structure with its responsibilities, practices, procedures, processes and resources for implementing and maintaining the system relating to the environmental management
- Ensure the implementation of systematic and documented procedures on Lynas performance to determine compliance with the Environmental Act 1974, and internal Environmental Management System
- Provide risk assessments, including the potential adverse impacts on the environmental and potential legal implications; write technical proposals; and present it to managers and regulators
- Ensure at all times that company is complying with prevailing environmental laws and regulations, particularly those regarding wastewater discharge, air emission and waste management
- Submit monthly reports to regulatory body (DOE) on adherence to compliance to Environmental Quality Act 1974
- Coordinate and work closely with Production and other SHES personnel to ensure compliance and carry out corrective actions on environmental issues
- Provide guidance and training to Production and other teams on regulatory requirements
- Review, incorporate regulatory updates and effectively communicate to management and staff for subsequent implementation
Requirements :: - Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering or other related qualification
- At least working experience in Construction Industry
- Possess experience in environmental monitoring including - but not limited to - planning and scheduling, field sampling and testing, data collection and analysis
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree

Gadang Holdings Berhad (Gadang) was incorporated in Malaysia on 6 October 1993 as a public limited company under the name of Lai Sing Holdings Berhad and was subsequently changed to its present name on 7 November 1997.

Gadang was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 2 September 1994 under the Construction Sector. Subsequently, it was transferred to the Main Board under the same sector on 24 December 2007.
