- A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analyst to join my market leading client's existing team to be responsible for formulating and managing strategic analysis incl. trending analysis on improving servicing and customer experience via analytical parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate the planning of data extraction for the analysis
- Lead channel analytics support to Customer Service touch-points in future operation improvement initiatives.
- Determine and identify customers’ profiling
- Manage implementation of consistent work intake process for adoption activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on activities deployment schedule across all customer service touch-points.
- Perform trending analysis (quantitative or qualitative)
- Perform analysis (quantitative or qualitative) on strategic intent related projects.
- Develop, prepare and present report analysis
- Manage post mortem analysis on initiatives effectiveness
- Requirements :
- Candidate Requirements
· Degree in Decision Science/Statistics/Mathematics with at least >=3 Years working experience.
· Strong analytical background and Project Management
· Data mining and statistical analysis skills
· Primary research skills
· Experience in using analytical tools
· In-depth knowledge in Telecommunication Industry
· Have in-depth understanding of Customer Experience - Lowest Qualification :
