Description :: 1. Must be specializing in plastic injection molding industry.
2. Familiar with whole plastic injection process.
3. Assist with maintaining and updating all required departmental records per SOP and defined ISO requirement.
4. Interface with the department management to achieve daily and weekly production requirement.
5. Evaluate and train department personnel on the latest problem solving, set up and processing techniques.
6. Develop and implement continuous improvement projects geared toward reducing internal production levels within the department.
Requirements :: 1. Related certification in Polymer/ Mechanical/ Industrial engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5 to 10 years working experiences in plastic injection industry.
3. Able to work beyond working hours.
4. Has ability to read and understand injection mold and product drawings.
5. 5 ½ working days.
6. Able to work in fast pace environment.
7. Good team player.
