- - To ensure that the production lines achieves optimum production capacity.
- To resolve discrepancies in actual versus planned production loadings in fulfilling
prompt delivery requirements.
- To ensure the quality of output and timely deliveries in meeting the requirements.
- To review, update and delegate daily tasks to respective line leaders, dandori and operators.
- To train and develop leaders in order to achieve a higher level of people
management skill.
- To assist in providing solutions improve production efficiency, equipment
performance and product quality, and to monitor and judge the performance and
ability of the leaders/operators.
- To perform all other works as and when assigned by the executive, production. To
meet/ counseling operator or Leader when necessary
- Work closely with the others department to ensure smooth execution of daily
production
- Close monitoring of operators for full adherence - Requirements :
- -Min SPM or Diploma/Certificate in Mechianical or Electrical Engineering
-Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
-Able to manage and lead production team to carry out daily activities to meet delivery
schedule on productivity, product quality and avability to meet customer needs
-Independent,hardworking,aggressive,and self motivated with good interpersonal
