Description :: - Monitor shipment activities to ensure delivery commitments are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with the Sales and marketing personnel on job orders issues, specifications, deliveries, etc.
- Coordinate import & export truck, liners, carrier & courier services
- To ensure timely and accurate data entry and inventory records for materials and goods into SAP system.
- Need to carry out a daily cycle count without fail.
- Manage and organize all the store, logistic and shipping documentation process and preparation.
- Ensure proper inbound/outbound shipments.
- Ensure the monthly custom report is being updated in accurate and submit to custom officer on time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ STPM/ SPM equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous and has the ability to multi-task and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, motivation, communication and organization skills.
- Able to take initiative to resolve issue within the organization.
- Must able to have good communication with other dept.
- Fast learner and willing to take/pick up new skill and new challenge
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
