Description :: • Responsible for shift production function
• Control shift production to meet schedule
• Identify and initiate actions for nonconformity relating to product, process, and
quality verifying to ensure effectiveness
• House keeping of production area
• Control tooling, ensuring they are in good working conditions
• Submit set up sample for approval before mass production
• Supervise product rework
• Provide solutions to problems encountered by staff
• Recommend improvement measures to the immediate superior

Authority:
• Stopping of production in the event of quality and IMS nonconformity until the
deficiency has been corrected

• Responsible to the functional superiors according to organization chart.
Requirements :: • Minimum 3 year working experience in plastic injection molding or related industry
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Result oriented and computer literate
• Willing to work on rotating shift and work for 12 hours daily.
• 5 days work a week, however if Saturday and Sunday plan for production running, will need to be on ot duty.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
