Bhd., which is a subsidiary of Yong Tai Berhad, a company listed on Bursa Malaysia, was incorporated in Malaysia on 10 May 2013 and having its core business in property development, construction and investment holding. It was formed from a pool of experienced and high-achieving professionals in the property development and construction industries.

Currently, the company is operating from two offices, one each in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. As several projects are in the pipeline, Johor Bahru office will operate as the main office while with bigger future plans, Kuala Lumpur office will serve the greater market and business development in the long run.
