Description :: -Ability to oversee preventive maintenance works and repair for the building and its related services, and monitor renovation works.
-Ability to lead fire evacuation drills and participate in safety and health matters.
-Ability to conduct meeting and coordinate with contractors to obtain required results.
Requirements :: -Possess a Diploma in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering / Building Engineering or equivalent qualification.
-Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably, in Class ‘A’ Commercial Building.
-Require civil & structural, architectural and M&E related practical experiences, preferably in high use buildings.
-Good exposure in managing, planning and supervising of commercial buildings, particularly, in coordination and entertaining inquiries and complaints from tenants and potential customers.
-Possess good writing skills in preparing reports and letters.
-Self-driven, detailed and meticulous, possess high degree of initiative.
-Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Ability to speak in Chinese dialects is a definite advantage.
-A well-rounded team player.
-Computer literate.
