- • Analyze trouble shooting data and implement solutions
• Monitoring problems, breakdowns and technical activities.
• Experience in budget estimation for project works and able to establish/implement time schedule.
• Delegate maintenance work to subordinates and supervise their work
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and subordinates work in a safe environment
• Experience in liasing with local authorities from project works start until OC approval.
• Good troubleshooting skills in Control Circuit and Main Switch Board problems.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have more than 5 years experience in Facility Maintenance will be considered.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Facility Maintenance and/or Projects.
• Required skill(s): Excellent Communication, Report Writing, Computer Skills .
• Possess good self discipline, leadership skills, also have a good command in English / Bahasa Malaysia / and optional Mandarin.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Prai.
