Description :: 1. Design and develop new processes to meet customer requirements and manufacturability
2. Modify existing equipment, jigs and fixtures and machines or processes to meet the needs of manufacturing operations
3. Introduce new technology and design in processing, handling and manufacturing technology abreast with latest, advanced technologies available
4. Execute engineering project to enhance yield, productivity improvement and automation of processes
5. Initiate, develop and implement new processes or supplier
6. Qualification and Documentation of new processes developed for manufacturing
Requirements :: 1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or other relevant discipline
2. Minimum 5 years experience (diploma) or 3 years experience (degree) in Tool Design or Manufacturing
3. Knowledge in plastic technology, stamping processes and assembly processes including hands-on experience.
4. Experience in Vision system and PLC programming will be preferred.
