Description :: 1. Follow FCI engineering procedures, designs and produce and maintain documentation regarding product packaging.
2. Able to create new packaging designs, maintain or redesign existing designs and adapt industry packaging solutions to meet FCI product and customer requirements for Asean sites.
3. Work with product design engineers, packaging vendors and customers to develop packaging designs and concepts that are in compliance with FCI standards.
4. Interface with product engineering, manufacturing and test facilities to assure that schedules and performance requirements are met.
5. Responsible for packaging cost saving engineering changes.
6. Present yearly package cost reduction report, and follow up each cost saving project.
7. Support quality team for package customer complaint, present corrective proposals and follow up the actions and schedule.
8. Package design and package specification preparation for new product development, product extension and continuous improvement cost reduction projects.
9. Perform drop test to qualify the new and improved packages and create and maintain report.
10. Support and participate in cross-functional teams as a package expert.
Requirements :: 1. Diploma/Degree/Master in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Product) or Engineering (Manufacturing)
2. Above 3 years related work experience in Packaging/ Connector Product/ Process Engineering
3. Related ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 know-how
4. Familiar with SPC, FMEA, PMP, 7-QC, Lean Tool,
5. Good communication skills
6. Good in AutoCad
