Description :: -Full set of LWM license application.
-Custom report for monthly and yearly
-Issue shipping document (DO, Invoice) for local and export shipment (prepare document for declaration).
-Matching invoice and PO for account department.
-Alert customer and sub-con when license expired.
-Alert supplier on time to check the air compressor and oil separator before JKKP to do the inspection
-Arrange the JKKP officer to site and inspect the machine and environment.
-Applied license from JKKP and renew the license every year.
-Monitor the expiration dates of the LMW license and exemption for CEPT
-Monitoring outstanding DO from customer
Requirements :: -Minimum SPM and Diploma or equivalent qualification
-At least 1 - 2 years above of working experience in the related field
-Computer literate,MS Excel & MS Word.
-Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
