- • Coordinate and assure that all documents are well checked prior submission and properly being kept and store.
• Responsible for file validation and document controlling.
• Design and implement document control procedures for various projects.
• Prepare project documentation prior to close out of projects.
• Prepare and compile Vendor Data Book according to project specification for submission up to obtaining of Certificate of Compliance for claim submission.
• Excellent in using SUS & SAP, Livelink System for uploading, retrieving document and coordinating with client upon submission. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalents.
• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Computer literate and with good spoken & written English.
• Possess strong knowledge in document handling process and compilation of project required information.
• Self-motivated with initiative, able to handle multiple task and assignment independently
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
