Description :: - To support the technical team to ensure a high level of quality and compliance.
- To assist on controlling the department budgets including capital spend and ad hoc projects and achievement of project delivery to deadline.
- To develop and implement an effective technical administrative structure, resource, documentation system to be in line with ISO9000 standard.
- To implement and maintain a suitable, cost effective monitoring system.
- Active monitoring and rectification time in line with KPI and performance level.
- Standardize policy in terms of quality and warranty.
- Handling all technical quality and safety production holds, reconciliation and product release.
- Data analysis and entry for statistical process control initiatives.
- Provide root-cause analysis efforts and implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.
- Completing special projects, duties and assignments as needed.
Requirements :: - Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical/Electrical or its equivalent.
- Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven managerial track record.
- Good presentation, influencing and motivation skills, with experience of managing multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Able to forecast and identify problems with good analytical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and forward plan to avoid incidents or issues.
- Ability to make decisions, take the initiative and originate action.
