Description :: • To manage group of customer service officers
• Ensure all shipments are closely monitored and delivered timely
• Deal with the respective parties effectively & efficiently, using a diplomacy and negotiation skills
• Contract negotiation with customers, as needed
• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
• Review SOPs together with all the relevant departments and keep it up to date.
• Manage customers expectation through regular review and KPI measurements internally, including with operation
• Monthly or quarterly business review with Program Manager
• Ensure sales targets are met monthly.
• To plan for resources and manage effectively
• Provide knowledge expertise and advises to team mates when they are not able to effectively resolve issues due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.
• Maintaining the data accuracy in the systems used internally
• Responsible for staff development and performance appraisal
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Strong communication & program management skills and problem solving abilities
5. Preferably with sheet metal fabrication knowledge
6. Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage
