- 1. Manages a team of technical professionals supporting the sales of the Company's products, solutions as well as services.
2. Manages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction.
3. Develops technical initiatives geared towards improving the effectiveness of the technical team.
4. Assesses rewards and coaches technical sales professionals within the organization.
5. Provides support to front line sales people overseeing presentations, technical support together with customer presentations.
6. Administering client accounts.
7. Meeting regular sales targets.
8. Recording and maintaining client contact data.
9. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
10. Solving client problems. - Requirements :
- 1. Degree / Diploma in Control / Electronic / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience in Automation products, system or Industrial / Manufacturing is a plus
3. Technical background in manufacturing industries market is a plus.
4. Strong interest and disposition for technical sales.
5. Fast learner and able to work independently.
6. Strong interpersonal good communication skills.
7. Possess class 3 driving licence and own transport preferred.
8. Applicant should be Singaporean or hold relevant residence status.
9. Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar field for the position of Sales Manager. - Lowest Qualification :
